This Kilt is Made to Order

Made to measure 5 metre Medium weight kilt, made in our own Inverness Tailoring workroom using a combination on traditional tailoring skills and modern technology. This kilt is made using 5 metres of medium weight tartan fabric sourced from our weaving mill suppliers who are all based in the UK. Each kilt comes with 2 full leather straps and nickel plated buckles & Black cotton lining.

This is an ideal starter kilt for using at Music festivals  or may be used  as lighter weight walking kilt. It is made using a Medium Weight 12/13oz per yard Tartan. The 5 metre Medium Weight kilt is the ideal kilt for wearing at a Music festival , due to the fact that it has enough wool fibres twisted  in to the yarn to give it enough weight to help hold the garments shape without being too heavy that the wearer becomes too hot when enjoying the whole Music festival atmosphere. It can also be used as a walking kilt but due to its lighter weight that the heavy weight may not repel any heavy rain as well as the heavier fabric. 

Disclaimer: This fabric is not waterproof and will when wet stay wet until is is allowed to dry out.

Please note that this kilt is ONLY available up to a waist size of 40"/102 CMs as there is not enough fabric in the over all length to allow it to made to any bigger than 40" waist. 

Supplied with matching Tartan Flashes and a set of adjustable elasticated garters, helping the wearer to dress up their leg dress (socks) for a more formal occasion.
